You will support complex medical imaging systems and internal operational platforms, ensuring reliability, compliance, and performance across customer-facing solutions. Acting as a senior technical resource, you will troubleshoot sophisticated infrastructure and application issues while also contributing to process optimization and project delivery. The position requires strong autonomy, analytical depth, and the ability to collaborate across engineering, sales, and service teams. You will also play a key role in mentoring peers and improving operational knowledge bases. This is a high-impact role where technical expertise directly supports critical healthcare technologies and customer success.

Accountabilities:
  • Manage and support operational and billable projects within technical assistance and service teams, ensuring timely execution and alignment with business priorities.
  • Administer and maintain internal service applications and systems, including automation and reporting tools used for operational efficiency.
  • Support customer systems through remote troubleshooting, diagnostics, and resolution of complex hardware, software, and network issues.
  • Collaborate with engineering, support, and cross-functional teams to escalate and resolve advanced technical product issues.
  • Maintain Salesforce queues and contribute to workflow management that supports service operations and project tracking.
  • Develop and document troubleshooting guides, technical bulletins, and knowledge base resources to improve team effectiveness.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory, quality, and security standards while supporting continuous improvement initiatives.
Requirements
  • 7+ years of experience in technical support, systems engineering, or related roles in enterprise or healthcare technology environments.
  • Strong knowledge of Windows Server environments, networking, SQL, and enterprise database systems.
  • Experience with medical imaging systems, clinical workflows, and data exchange protocols such as HL7 and DICOM.
  • Familiarity with virtualization and infrastructure tools such as VMware and storage solutions.
  • Ability to analyze complex technical issues and independently determine effective solutions.
  • Strong communication, documentation, and stakeholder collaboration skills in cross-functional environments.
  • Experience working in regulated environments with adherence to quality and compliance standards.
  • Certifications in relevant technologies (e.g., Microsoft, VMware, Cisco, Security+) are a plus.
