What You’ll Be Doing:
As a Site Supervisor, you won’t just supervise, you’ll lead. Your day-to-day will include:

• Overseeing daily cleaning operations and organizing staff workflow like a pro.
• Creating team schedules, assigning tasks, and ensuring all areas are covered.
• Reviewing and approving timesheets through HRIS for accurate payroll processing.
• Monitoring team performance, providing constructive feedback, and guiding improvement.
• Driving results by ensuring goals, deadlines, and cleanliness standards are met.
• Training new hires to hit the ground running and align with company values.
• Recommending hiring or staffing adjustments based on performance evaluations.
• Reporting employee performance updates to the Area Manager & HR.
• Tracking cleaning supplies and equipment, reporting inventory needs in a timely manner.
• Ensuring strict adherence to safety procedures, company policies, and cleaning protocols.
• Taking on additional tasks as assigned by the Area Manager, you’re a flexible, hands-on leader!
• What We’re Looking For:
• Proven experience in commercial cleaning and supervising teams.
• Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
• Ability to solve problems and keep operations running smoothly.
• Comfortable with scheduling, reporting, and using HR software.
• Open availability, including weekends when needed.

Requirements

Education & Experience:

• At least 3-5 years of janitorial management/supervisory experience.
• Strong leadership, communication, and employee training skills.
• Experience in commercial cleaning is required.
• Experience managing a team of at least 10 people is required.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Strong leadership and team management abilities.
• Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in time management and organization.
• Ability to maintain a positive and team-oriented work environment.
• Computer literacy, including experience with scheduling and HR software.
• Knowledge of safety regulations and cleaning industry best practices.
• Ability to lift and move 50 lbs. or more as needed.
• Strong professionalism, confidentiality, and ability to meet deadlines.
