Job Description

Senior Director, Partner Services & Technical Enablement

This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Senior Director, Partner Services & Technical Enablement in the United States.

This is a high-impact leadership role responsible for building and scaling a partner-led services ecosystem and technical enablement function within a fast-growing cybersecurity and data platform organization. You will define how post-sales services are delivered through specialized partners, ensuring customers achieve rapid time-to-value, strong adoption, and long-term success. In parallel, you will shape global technical enablement through academies, labs, and certification programs that empower both internal teams and external partners. Acting as both strategist and builder, you will design scalable delivery frameworks while remaining hands-on in early execution and co-delivery efforts. This role sits at the intersection of product, customer success, and partner ecosystems, with direct influence on retention, expansion, and customer outcomes. It is ideal for a leader who thrives in ambiguity and enjoys turning complex systems into structured, repeatable programs that drive measurable business impact.

Accountabilities:
  • Define and lead the partner-led services strategy, building a scalable ecosystem of specialized services partners to support post-sales delivery, integrations, and advanced advisory engagements.
  • Recruit, develop, and manage a curated network of boutique technical partners, ensuring strong execution capability across implementation and integration use cases.
  • Build and scale technical enablement programs, including customer and partner academies, certification paths, and hands-on training labs aligned to real-world customer journeys.
  • Design and implement repeatable delivery frameworks such as SOW templates, playbooks, and service packages to enable consistent and high-quality partner execution.
  • Oversee technical demo and proof-of-value environments, ensuring field teams and partners are equipped with effective tools for customer engagement.
  • Drive early-stage co-delivery with partners to refine training, delivery models, and operational excellence across services programs.
  • Own program outcomes tied to customer success, including time-to-value, adoption, retention, and satisfaction across partner-led engagements.
Requirements
  • 15+ years of experience in enterprise IT, SaaS, cloud, or cybersecurity environments.
  • 4+ years of leadership experience managing technical teams such as engineers, architects, or solution consultants.
  • 2+ years of experience building or scaling partner-led services, post-sales delivery models, or ecosystem-based services programs.
  • Strong technical depth with the ability to engage in complex architecture, integration, and platform discussions when needed.
  • Proven experience designing scalable enablement programs, training academies, or certification frameworks for technical audiences.
  • Ability to operate across strategy and execution, turning ambiguous challenges into structured, repeatable systems.
  • Strong collaboration skills across product, engineering, customer success, and partner organizations.
  • Experience in cybersecurity, IT operations, or ITSM environments is highly valued.
  • High ownership mindset with a bias toward execution, impact, and measurable outcomes.
Benefits
  • Competitive base salary with performance-based bonus and equity opportunities
  • Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision insurance coverage
  • Unlimited paid time off and generous holiday policies
  • Paid parental leave and family support programs
  • Retirement savings plan with employer contributions
  • Learning and development budget with access to leading training platforms
  • Mental health support, wellness programs, and employee assistance resources
  • Remote-friendly work environment with flexible arrangements
  • Inclusive culture focused on innovation, ownership, and impact.
