This is a senior sales leadership role focused on driving cloud-native security and data protection solutions across enterprise customers in a high-growth, fast-paced environment. You will lead a team of enterprise sellers responsible for expanding adoption of cloud-native products across major hyperscaler ecosystems such as AWS, Azure, and GCP. The role combines strategic planning, hands-on sales leadership, and cross-functional collaboration with engineering, product, and channel teams. You will play a critical role in shaping regional go-to-market strategy, building pipeline, and accelerating revenue growth. This position requires a strong mix of technical understanding, enterprise sales expertise, and leadership capability. It is ideal for a performance-driven leader passionate about cloud technologies and cybersecurity innovation.
- Lead and execute regional go-to-market strategy for cloud-native security solutions across enterprise accounts.
- Manage, coach, and develop a high-performing team of enterprise Account Executives focused on cloud infrastructure and security sales.
- Drive pipeline generation, deal progression, forecasting accuracy, and consistent achievement of revenue targets.
- Partner with Sales Engineering, Channel, and Marketing teams to align strategy and maximize regional growth opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with enterprise clients and executive stakeholders to support large-scale cloud transformation initiatives.
- Oversee account strategy development, ensuring alignment with customer needs and long-term expansion opportunities.
- Act as a key contributor to regional planning, forecasting, and performance management discussions with senior leadership.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with product and engineering teams to relay market feedback and customer requirements.
- Ensure adoption of best practices in cloud-native sales methodologies and consultative enterprise selling.
Requirements:
- 7+ years of experience in enterprise sales, including at least 3+ years in sales leadership roles.
- Strong background selling cloud infrastructure, cybersecurity, or data protection solutions in enterprise environments.
- Proven track record of exceeding revenue targets and leading high-performing sales teams.
- Experience working with hyperscaler ecosystems such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
- Deep understanding of enterprise sales cycles, complex deal structuring, and C-level engagement.
- Strong leadership, coaching, and team development skills.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation abilities.
- Ability to operate in fast-paced, high-growth environments with strong execution discipline.
- Bachelor’s degree required; equivalent experience considered.
