This leadership role is responsible for shaping and executing the talent acquisition strategy for experienced engineering hiring across a large, fast-scaling organization. You will lead a team of recruiters while partnering closely with senior business and engineering leaders to attract, engage, and hire top technical talent. The position combines strategic workforce planning, hands-on recruiting leadership, and data-driven decision-making to ensure hiring goals are consistently achieved. You will play a key role in optimizing recruitment processes, improving candidate experience, and scaling best-in-class hiring practices in a high-growth environment. Acting as both a people leader and strategic advisor, you will influence hiring outcomes across critical technical functions. This is a high-impact role where your leadership directly supports innovation, growth, and organizational success.
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of talent acquisition professionals supporting engineering hiring across the AMER region
- Define and execute recruiting strategies to attract high-quality technical talent aligned with business priorities
- Partner with engineering and business leaders to forecast hiring needs and align recruitment plans with headcount demand
- Oversee full-cycle recruitment operations, ensuring efficiency, quality, and consistency across all hiring processes
- Use data, metrics, and market insights to optimize hiring strategies and improve recruitment performance
- Design and implement scalable recruiting programs and processes to support high-volume and specialized technical hiring
- Champion an exceptional candidate experience throughout the hiring lifecycle
- Collaborate cross-functionally with HR, business leaders, and recruitment operations to ensure alignment and delivery
- 5+ years of experience leading talent acquisition teams, preferably supporting engineering or technical organizations
- Proven experience managing large-scale recruiting initiatives in fast-paced, high-growth environments
- Strong background in full-cycle recruitment and talent acquisition operations at scale
- Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze hiring metrics and inform strategic decisions
- Strong understanding of technical recruiting practices and evolving talent market trends
- Excellent stakeholder management skills with experience advising senior leaders and hiring managers
- Strong communication, leadership, and team development capabilities
- Experience working with modern recruitment tools, ATS platforms, and talent analytics systems
- Ability to navigate change, manage competing priorities, and deliver results in dynamic environments
