About This Position
Steel City Brand is an apparel brand rooted in industrial grit and elevated workwear. What started in Pittsburgh has grown into a multi-channel business spanning e-commerce and retail, with a focus on building a brand that feels timeless, durable, and intentional.
We’re entering our next phase of growth — expanding beyond our roots into a broader, national audience — and we’re looking for someone to help us do that through influencer, seeding, and strategic partnerships.
We’re hiring an Organic Marketing Manager to own and scale one of our most important growth channels. Not just sending product. Not just chasing reach, but building relationships that actually move the brand.
What You’ll OwnYou’ll take this from a function to a system:
- Build a network of creators who fit the brand, not just in look, but in mindset
- Run product seeding with intention and consistency
- Turn one-off sends into ongoing partnerships
- Develop collaborations that make sense for the brand and actually perform
- Ensure content doesn’t stop at posting, that it extend it into ads, email, and site
- Source and onboard creators across micro to mid tiers
- Manage outreach, communication, and long-term relationships
- Execute weekly seeding with clear targets and follow-through
- Drive consistent, usable content from partners
- Identify and build brand partnerships (creators, brands, businesses)
- Lead collaborations from idea to execution to launch
- Turn creators into repeat partners, not one-time posts
- Taste. You know what fits and what doesn’t
- Judgment. You don’t chase vanity metrics
- Follow-through. Nothing stalls
- Ownership. You don’t wait to be told what to do
What We're Looking For:
- 2–5+ years influencer and partnerships experience, preferably in apparel
- Demonstrated experience improving organic social metrics
- Highly organized and KPI-driven
- Confident communicator who leads with clarity and accountability
