Provider Relations Manager at Medical Center Hospital – Odessa, Texas

Position Summary:

Responsible for supporting ProCare with contractual and regulatory requirements through the key functional areas of policy and procedure, training, audit, performance reporting, and administrative support.

The Executive Assistant and Provider Relation Manager is responsible for working closely with internal departments and external clients. This includes understanding business problems and opportunities in the context of internal operations, finance, and marketing and recommend solutions that enable the organization to achieve its goals and objectives.

Education:

Bachelor’s degree in business administration or a related field required. Master’s degree is preferred.

Training and Experience:

Excellent communication skills with ability to be assertive and to follow through with limited supervision.
