Position Summary:

The Senior Intercompany Accountant is responsible for managing, reconciling, and resolving intercompany transactions between legal entities to ensure accurate financial reporting, timely close, and compliance with accounting standards and internal policies. This role plays a key part in the monthly close, consolidations, and audit support.


What you will be doing:

Set processes and controls for appropriate recording of intercompany transactions.Reconcile, and eliminate intercompany transactions and balancesEnsure intercompany accounts are accurately stated and agreed between entitiesInvestigate and resolve intercompany differences on a timely basisMaintain intercompany agreements and ensure transactions align with contractual termsPerform regular month end accounting activities

You have:

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field5-7 years of progressive accounting experience, including intercompany accounting, reconciliations, eliminations, and month-end closeStrong knowledge of GAAP/IFRS, intercompany agreements, and consolidation principles; experience with ERP systems (NetSuite, SAP, Oracle, or similar) and ExcelCPA or CPA-track preferred (or equivalent professional designation)Strong attention to detail, ability to investigate and resolve variances, and experience supporting audits and cross-entity coordination
