Position Summary
The Restaurant Supervisor is responsible for the day-to-day leadership, financial performance, and service execution of Meeker’s Colorado Kitchen & Bar. This role leads front-of-house operations while working closely with culinary leadership, hotel operations, and senior food & beverage leadership to deliver an elevated, guest-focused dining experience rooted in Colorado hospitality.
The Restaurant Manager sets the tone for service culture, drives revenue through execution and upselling, ensures compliance with brand and company standards, and develops a high-performing team aligned with Meeker’s mission of casual personality with professional service
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
Operations & Guest Experience
· Lead daily restaurant operations across breakfast, lunch, dinner, bar service, and special events
· Ensure consistent execution of Meeker’s service standards, steps of service, and performance goals
· Actively manage the floor during peak periods; engage guests and resolve service issues in real time
· Uphold Hilton’s “Make It Right” and “Act with Urgency” service principles
· Maintain cleanliness, organization, and readiness of all guest-facing areas
· Ensure compliance with food safety, alcohol service, and health department regulations
· Lead by example through active floor presence, supporting service during peak periods by running food, bussing tables, and assisting with guest needs
· Maintain constant awareness of dining room flow to ensure timely service, table turns, and overall guest satisfaction
· Perform regular table touches to engage with guests, gather feedback, and proactively resolve concerns
· Execute immediate and effective guest recovery, addressing service issues with professionalism and urgency
· Support front-of-house team members in all service functions to ensure seamless operations and a team-first environment
· Coordinate with kitchen and bar teams to ensure accurate and timely delivery of food and beverages
· Monitor cleanliness and organization of dining areas, service stations, and expo lines throughout service
· Assist in managing wait times, seating flow, and communication with hosts to optimize guest experience
· Identify operational bottlenecks and take corrective action to maintain efficiency during service
· Support opening and closing duties, including setup, breakdown, and shift readiness
· Communicate effectively with management regarding service challenges, staffing needs, and guest feedback
Leadership & Team Development
· Recruit, train, coach, and develop front-of-house team members and supervisors
· Enforce attendance, punctuality, grooming, and uniform standards per Renascent Hospitality policies
· Foster a positive, accountable, team-driven culture focused on service excellence
· Lead by example on the floor with professionalism, consistency, and approachability
Financial & Business Management
· Assist in managing labor based on business levels
· Drive revenue through effective upselling, beverage programs, dessert sales, and promotions
· Partner with Food & Beverage leadership on forecasting, P&L performance, and cost controls
· Maintain POS integrity, cash handling standards, and accurate reporting
· Support inventory processes and collaborate with culinary leadership on operational efficiency
Brand, Standards & Collaboration
· Serve as an ambassador for Meeker’s Colorado Kitchen, DoubleTree by Hilton, and Renascent Hospitality
· Ensure brand standards, menu knowledge, and storytelling expectations are consistently met
· Support marketing initiatives, local partnerships, and community engagement efforts

Requirements:Qualifications
· Minimum 1 – 3 years of restaurant or hotel food & beverage management experience
· Full-service restaurant experience required; hotel environment preferred
· Strong leadership, communication, and guest-service skills
· Proven ability to manage labor, scheduling, and operational execution
· Working knowledge of POS systems, inventory controls, and basic financial reporting
· Ability to work flexible schedules including nights, weekends, and holidays
Physical & Work Requirements
· Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
· Ability to lift up to 30 pounds
· Fast-paced, guest-facing environment requiring professionalism and adaptability
