This role provides the opportunity to shape and drive the strategic direction of a high-performing sales organization across the Americas. As Sales Operations & Strategy Director, you will serve as a trusted partner to senior sales leadership, providing forward-looking insights, analytics, and operational leadership to optimize performance. You will oversee forecasting, territory planning, sales program execution, and reporting, while identifying trends, risks, and opportunities before they arise. The position requires a strategic, data-driven leader capable of collaborating across multiple functions, enhancing sales productivity, and supporting decision-making at the executive level. You will influence the growth and effectiveness of the sales organization by implementing scalable processes, leveraging business intelligence, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement. This is a high-impact role in a fast-paced, collaborative, and innovative environment.
Accountabilities:
  • Lead the development and execution of data-driven sales strategies, ensuring the sales organization has accurate insights for informed decision-making.
  • Oversee forecasting, territory planning, and pipeline management, ensuring process consistency, accuracy, and alignment with organizational objectives.
  • Develop, maintain, and optimize sales reporting, dashboards, and metrics to monitor new business, renewals, and churn at regional and geo levels.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, partner, and services teams, to implement Go-To-Market plans and optimize pipeline conversion.
  • Support the execution of global and regional sales initiatives, facilitating alignment and process efficiency across account teams.
  • Provide strategic insights and recommendations to improve sales performance, team productivity, and operational effectiveness.
  • Mentor and guide sales operations team members, promoting a culture of continuous improvement, quality, and high performance.

Requirements:
  • 10+ years of experience in Sales Operations, Field Operations, or related roles at an executive level in mid-to-large organizations.
  • Deep expertise in sales support systems such as Salesforce, Tableau, Anaplan, and advanced proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and other MS Office tools.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights for executive decision-making.
  • Proven ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams, drive alignment, and influence senior leaders.
  • Experience in forecasting, territory planning, sales program execution, and sales process implementation.
  • Demonstrated track record of driving measurable improvements in sales performance and operational efficiency.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Ability to operate strategically and proactively, anticipating trends, risks, and opportunities.
