Tax Senior - Denver, CO
Who: A driven public accounting professional with strong review experience and interest or background in flow-through entities, Private Equity, and Hedge Fund clients.

Position Overview:
As a Tax Senior, you will work with a broad portfolio of clients across multiple industries and play a vital role in the growth of our Tax practice. You will review complex tax returns, develop junior staff, and support Private Equity and Hedge Fund clients with partnership allocations, fund structures, and specialized reporting requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
● Review federal and multi-state tax returns; flow-through experience strongly preferred
● Support Private Equity and Hedge Fund clients, including partnership allocations, fund structures, and related compliance/reporting requirements
● Research fundamental tax issues using online research platforms
● Perform additional accounting duties as assigned by managers
● Train, mentor, and develop Staff Accountants
● Communicate regularly with managers, partners, and clients
Qualifications:
● Bachelor’s degree in Accounting; Master’s in Accounting preferred
● CPA certified or eligibility to pursue CPA licensure
● 3+ years of public accounting experience
● Prior review experience required
● Proficiency with personal computers and spreadsheet programs; experience with ProSystem fx, CCH, RIA, and Engagement is a plus
● Strong project management, communication, and leadership abilities
