The Application Analyst III functions as a senior ServiceNow Business Analyst responsible for driving the design, configuration, and advancement of the ServiceNow platform. In this role, they translate business needs into scalable, efficient ServiceNow solutions that support both operational and strategic goals. They serve as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams, guiding the definition, design, and implementation of workflow solutions across the ServiceNow environment.
Working with minimal supervision, the Application Analyst III operates as a subject matter expert for the ServiceNow platform and provides leadership, direction, and mentorship to ServiceNow team members throughout the Software Development Lifecycle.
Qualifications
Education:
-Preferred: Bachelor's degree or equivalent years of relevant work experience
-Minimum: Associate's degree with four or more years of relevant work experience
Work Experience:
-Preferred 5+ years experience working as a Business Analyst or similar role
-3-5+ years of hands-on experience specifically with the ServiceNow platform
-Experience working in Agile/Scrum or SDLC-driven project environments
-Demonstrated experience supporting ServiceNow upgrades, enhancements, and platform maintenance
Licenses and Certifications:
-ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) required, Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) certifications are highly preferred
-Certified Scrum Master highly preferred
