In this role, you will lead the development and execution of partner enablement initiatives across North America, helping partners successfully sell, implement, and expand a cutting-edge business planning platform. You will design impactful training programs, coordinate onboarding journeys, and ensure partners are equipped with the tools, knowledge, and resources needed to drive customer success. Working closely with cross-functional teams across sales, product, delivery, and global enablement, you will localize and deliver programs that address regional market needs. This role combines strategic program management with hands-on delivery of enablement initiatives. Accountabilities
  • Design and deliver partner enablement programs for sales, presales, and delivery teams across North America, ensuring partners are fully prepared to position, sell, and implement the platform effectively.
  • Develop training materials and learning experiences including workshops (virtual and in-person), webinars, sales playbooks, certifications, and LMS-based courses to support partner readiness.
  • Lead structured onboarding programs for new partners, creating clear learning journeys with defined milestones, productivity benchmarks, and certification goals.
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts across product, sales, and delivery teams to transform product knowledge into scalable training resources and practical enablement tools.
  • Support the rollout of product updates and new features by delivering targeted enablement sessions and ensuring partners understand the value, positioning, and implementation impact of new capabilities.
  • Coordinate regional enablement initiatives including scheduling, logistics, participation tracking, and follow-up activities to ensure consistent engagement and program success.
  • Act as a key regional liaison between partners, partner account managers, and global enablement teams, identifying enablement gaps and recommending improvements.
  • Contribute to ongoing content development, partner communications such as webinars and newsletters, and global enablement projects aimed at scaling learning initiatives.

Requirements
  • 47 years of experience in partner enablement, sales enablement, channel management, or a similar role within a B2B environment.
  • Experience working in high-growth SaaS organizations, ideally supporting enterprise-level products or platforms.
  • Strong program management skills with the ability to design, execute, and track multiple enablement initiatives simultaneously.
  • Proven experience developing and delivering training programs in both virtual and in-person formats.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to clearly translate complex concepts into engaging learning materials.
  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate cross-functionally with sales, product, delivery, and customer success teams.
  • Familiarity with learning management systems (LMS), content management platforms, and tools used for digital training and certification programs.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment where priorities may shift quickly.
  • Knowledge of financial planning, enterprise performance management, or business planning software is considered a plus.
