Remote Lead Product Designer
This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Staff Product Designer - REMOTE. In this role, you'll play a pivotal part in shaping the overall look and feel of our product suite, ensuring consistency with our branding and providing users with an intuitive interface. Your work will involve everything from initial concept sketches to the final visual design, promoting a user-centered approach throughout. By collaborating with customers and cross-functional teams, you will help deliver valuable insights through engaging data visualizations. This is a unique opportunity to significantly impact a rapidly growing platform that supports leading eCommerce brands.
Accountabilities- Engage directly with customers to understand their needs and translate them into requirements and designs.
- Develop a strong UX and Visuals vision for the platform, advocating for excellent design.
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs for product functionality.
- Own the visual direction of the product, including look and feel and data visualization strategy.
- Create and maintain the design style guide and design system for consistency.
- Iteratively enhance products to empower customers, focusing on actionable data visualizations.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to align product and brand direction.
- 7+ years of relevant product design experience.
- Bachelors degree in a design-related field.
- Professional portfolio demonstrating strategic and visual excellence.
- Expert-level knowledge of design tools like Figma, Sketch, and Adobe Creative Suite.
- Strong ability to translate complex problems into user-friendly experiences.
- Extensive UX experience in B2B environments with enterprise customers.
- Demonstrated capability in delivering UX and UI prototypes for validation.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
- Experience with marketing or eCommerce design.
- Ability to articulate complex concepts and workflows clearly.
- Proven track record of delivering validated UX prototypes.
- Base salary range of $230,000 - $250,000 USD.
