Responsibilities:

• Develop a new product road map strategic plan to support product and category growth.
• Communicate go-to-market strategy to the organization, including cross-functional partners and senior leadership.
• Develop and recommend product positioning, packaging, and pricing strategy to produce long-term market share.
• Work with a cross-functional department (R&D, Production, SCM and Regulatory Team) to ensure support for NPD and new product launch.
• Conduct market and product analysis to fill the NPD plan.
• Manage product lifecycle including product improvements and SKU rationalization.
• Assist in management of external vendors and partners as appropriate (e.g., advertising, PR, market research agencies, etc.)
• Develop and recommend product positioning, packaging, and pricing strategy to produce long-term market share.
• Develop and direct marketing/sales collateral such as sell sheets, brochures.
• Other duties as assigned.

Required Experience:

• Bilingual Korean
• Bachelors degree or equivalent experience required.
• NPD experience required.
• Minimum of 3 years experience within a food manufacturing environment.
• Knowledge of food safety standards.
