We’re currently seeking motivated, coachable individuals to join our team as a Loan Officer Associate —an entry-level role designed to build your foundation in mortgage sales while preparing you to become a licensed Loan Officer.

What you'll do

• Make outbound calls to leads using pre-qualified lists.
• Spark interest in our mortgage solutions and qualify prospects for licensed Loan Officers.
• Learn the basics of the mortgage industry, sales strategy, and customer communication.
• Attend daily dedicated training sessions focused on preparing you to pass the NMLS exam and become licensed within 60 days.
• Work closely with experienced Loan Officers and team leaders to develop your skills and grow your confidence.
