Quoting Associate | Inside Sales at Napoleon Spring Works, Inc – Archbold, Ohio

We are seeking a detail-oriented Inside Sales Quoting Specialist to join our team in the garage door industry. This role is critical in supporting our customers and outside sales representatives by preparing accurate and timely quotes, ensuring smooth communication, and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.

The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, technical aptitude, and the ability to manage multiple priorities with precision. Experience in garage door industry is a strong plus.

• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor's degree preferred.
  
• 2+ years of experience in inside sales, estimating, quoting, or customer service.
  
• Exceptional attention to detail with a focus on accuracy and consistency.
  
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to work across departments.
  
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook); experience with ERP or quoting software a plus.
  
• Ability to multi-task and prioritize.
  
• Strong problem-solving skills.
  

• Collaborate with outside sales representatives to understand customer requirements and provide tailored quotes.
• Interact directly with customers via phone and email to clarify project details, timelines, and product options.
• Prepare and deliver detailed, accurate, and timely quotes.
• Review pricing to make recommendations on price changes.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of product lines, pricing structures, and promotional offerings.
• Follow up on outstanding quotes and tracking.
• Assist with order entry and ensure seamless transition from quote to order fulfillment.
• Ensure all documentation is organized and compliant with company standards and customer requirements.
• Provide support when necessary to the Inside Sales Team.
