We are looking for energetic, passionate people who can deliver remarkable customer service and set an exceptional example for our crew to follow.

Our General Managers will perform alongside our crew members to provide excellent service and high-quality food in a clean, friendly, and fun atmosphere while providing guidance and direction for the crew.

As a General Manager, responsibilities include:

• Preparing fresh fruit and food items daily
• Making delicious wraps, sandwiches, our signature smoothies
• Maintaining equipment and keeping the cafe up to brand standards
• Providing direction and motivation as well as training and coaching the crew on a daily basis
• Ordering and receiving inventory
• Scheduling crew members
• Being able to work shifts if no coverage can be found
• Training new crew members
• Driving initiatives provided by the District Manager
