Outpatient Admissions Coordinator

This vital role ensures a seamless experience for new patients by handling inquiries, verifying information, coordinating schedules and maintaining accurate patient records. Greets all patients with a warm welcome and excels in a team environment.
We are seeking a social, kind and dependable candidate to join our outpatient therapy services!

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:

• Primary point of contact for all PT, OT and SLP outpatients to ensure a smooth transition into our services.
• Pleasant, assertive approach to visitors, employees and phone guests, utilizing good judgement in each encounter
• Maintaining an efficient and productive working environment
• Administrative support requiring independent decision-making
• Strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills and time management

PREREQUISITES:

• Customer Service experience
• Knowledge of office related equipment
