Who: A junior recruiter with 2-4 years of experience in recruitment, preferably within the construction, manufacturing, or building materials industries.

What: Responsible for sourcing candidates, building talent pipelines, and engaging with potential hires in relevant industries.

Where: Northside of Atlanta.

Office Environment: Collaborative and fast-paced corporate setting.

Salary: $55,000 - $65,000 base salary plus quarterly incentive bonuses based on positions filled, with a total OTE of $80,000 - $90,000.

Position Overview:

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand role requirements and ideal candidate profiles.
• Conduct initial interviews and coordinate interview processes.
• Utilize creative sourcing strategies to attract top-tier talent.

Qualifications:

• 2-4 years of experience in recruiting or talent acquisition.
• Background in recruiting within construction, manufacturing, or building materials industries preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proficiency in sourcing techniques and applicant tracking systems.
