PAY RANGE: $40.00 TO $48.00 AN HOUR, IF MEET ALL REQUIREMENTS
We are urgently need highly skilled QC Due Diligence – Compliance and Credit to join our team and ensure the accuracy and integrity of Secondary Market final mortgage loan review projects completed by our Due Diligence Underwriters.
About the Role:
As a Due Diligence Quality Control Underwriter, you will be responsible for QC ing the Due Diligence Secondary Market Underwriter’s loans. Your primary focus will be to ensure that all underwriting decisions are accurate, compliant, and aligned with investor and regulatory guidelines.
Key Responsibilities:
• Perform comprehensive QC reviews of loans underwritten by Due Diligence Underwriters.
• Validate credit, compliance, collateral, and data integrity across all loan files.
• Identify and document any discrepancies, errors, or missing documentation.
• Ensure adherence to regulatory agencies, investors, and internal guidelines.
• Provide clear, concise feedback to underwriters and escalate critical issues as needed.
• Collaborate with audit and compliance teams to support continuous improvement.
MANDATORY Requirements:
• Minimum 5 years of mortgage experience in Secondary Market due diligence underwriting position.
• Minimum 2 years of mortgage experience in due diligence QC.
• Strong knowledge of agency guidelines (Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac), FHA/VA, and non-QM products.
• Strong knowledge of compliance with an emphasis in TRID.

• Exceptional attention to detail and analytical skills.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
