The Opportunity:

Carrier Sekani Family Services (CSFS) is seeking a passionate and dedicated Physiotherapist to join our Primary Health Care team. Working within a collaborative, interdisciplinary team, the Physiotherapist will manage a caseload of clients by providing assessment, treatment planning, consultation, education, and programming for patients and caregivers.

You will be a key member of each client’s circle of care, supporting them to achieve and maintain optimal health outcomes. This role offers the chance to work across the lifespan—from pediatrics to geriatrics—within a full scope of practice. Care is provided in clinical settings as well as in the community, including home visits, schools, and community centers.

This position is ideal for a physiotherapist who values flexibility, variety, and the opportunity to make a meaningful impact.   • Assessing the client’s physical status, functional abilities, needs, and goals utilizing an evidence- based approach.
  • Developing an evidence-based, outcome-focused intervention strategy by utilizing assessment and reassessment findings, discussing the analysis with the client and relevant care providers.
  • Monitoring each client’s health to improve, maintain, and support physical performance.
  • Evaluating and documenting the effectiveness of interventions by methods such as conducting ongoing assessment and monitoring of client responses, evaluating changes in health status, function and physical performance against pre-determined goals and expected outcomes.

What You Will Bring to The Role:

  • Master’s degree in Physical Therapy or a related field
  • Current registration with the College of Health and Care Professionals of British Columbia and eligible for membership with the Physiotherapy Association of BC

Wage Range: The target hiring range for this position is $46.6909 to $60.4660 per hour. Candidates will typically be hired, transferred or promoted between the minimum and midpoint of the wage range. Placement within the wage range is dependent on the applicants’ role specific knowledge, skills, abilities, related experience and in consideration of factors such as market conditions and internal equity.
