Unlike many assisted living facilities, our care ratios are low: one staff assists 2 or 3 residents per shift. Your nurturing and team-oriented skills will be used as you come alongside our adult residents with their daily living needs. This includes assisting them in personalized daily activities and goal achievement, accompanying them on outings, and being a friend for them in the home. It also includes the harder work of feeding, showering, grooming, dressing and toileting.

We are hiring for Full-, Half-, and Part-Time statuses.
We are looking for 2nd shift employees at this time.

Requirements:
-You must be 18 years old and have a high school diploma or equivalent.
-You must pass a fit-to-work physical, drug screen, background check, and fingerprinting.

-Schedule: This is a year-round position. (No seasonal work is available.)
-6-8 hour shifts (flexible scheduling)
-Day/Evening shift (hours may vary between 3pm and 11pm)
-Holidays (you will work half of the major holidays that are recognized by Harbor House Ministries)
-Weekend availability (every other)
-Incentive pay for shifts picked up beyond your scheduled hours
