Job Summary:

As a Customer Care Representative at Platinum Pest Solutions, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing outstanding service and support. You will handle inquiries, schedule appointments, process payments, and address customer concerns while ensuring a positive experience. Your role is critical in maintaining customer satisfaction and retention within the pest control industry.

• Answer incoming calls, emails, and messages, providing prompt and professional customer support.
• Schedule and confirm pest control service appointments.
• Assist customers with billing inquiries, payments, and account updates.
• Address customer concerns and escalate issues when necessary.
• Provide detailed information about pest control services and treatment options.
• Maintain accurate customer records and documentation in the system.
• Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business.
• Work collaboratively with technicians and other team members to coordinate services efficiently.
• Stay informed about industry trends and company policies to provide accurate information.

Qualifications & Skills:

• High school diploma or equivalent (Associate’s Degree preferred).
• Previous customer service experience, preferably in the pest control or home services industry.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in using customer management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and team-oriented mindset.
• Bilingual skills (a plus but not required).
