About This Position
Description:

The purpose of this position is to perform work in a safe and productive manner meeting production needs.
Technical Skill Requirements:
- Ability to troubleshoot machining issues
- Ability to troubleshoot robots and automation
- Ability to train and provide direction to tool changers
- Ability to manage projects and kaizen activities
- Ability to implement/update processes for better efficiency
- All other duties as assigned

- Prioritizing: Able to use sound judgment in evaluating the relative urgency of various issues; appropriately classified in terms of time sensitivity, impact, complexity, importance, etc.
- Attention to Detail: Able to follow detailed procedures and ensure accuracy in documentation and data; carefully monitors processes; concentrates on details and organizes and maintains a system of records. Have strong analytical and organizational skills.
- Judgement: Must be able to work independent of direct supervision and be directly responsible for getting job duties completed on time.
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- Maintain All Machinery
- Create Monthly Kaizens
- Reduce/Eliminate Scrap
- Physical Inventory
- Attend Any Necessary Meetings
