AVP IT Systems Administrator at Commonwealth Business Bank – Los Angeles, California

POSITION OVERVIEW

This position will be responsible for the maintenance of bank’s network and servers.

POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES

• Managing data centers, servers, networking and security infrastructure equipment’s
• Administering enterprise software systems.
• Deploying and enforcing security policies and procedures.
• Providing IT support and resolving problems for employees.
• Assisting with onboarding of new employees.
• Suggesting and implementing improvements in procedures and equipment.
• Maintaining knowledge of IT support, help desk procedures, products, and services.
• Managing an issue tracking system and reporting on issue resolution SLAs.

SKILLS / QUALIFICATIONS

• Excellent communication skills, both oral and written.
• Knowledge of help desk software and ITSM process.
• Good knowledge of Windows OS administration, windows server administration and networking
• Excellent troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to work independently and maintain employee satisfaction.
• Bilingual: English/Korean highly preferred.

EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE

• 5 years of experience in IT administration and networking knowledge.

Annual pay ranges are determined based on qualifications, level, and location. Exact compensation may vary based on your skills and experience.
