Compensation:
Our client offers a competitive compensation package ranging from $120,000 to $150,000, commensurate with your experience, education, certifications, and skill set. This reflects a strong commitment to attracting top-tier talent for this pivotal role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Managing and reviewing high-level tax returns for clients across various industries.
• Collaborating with clients and staff to ensure tax returns, consulting, and provisions are completed accurately and within deadlines.
• Reviewing, approving, and signing tax returns before release to clients.
• Coaching and mentoring staff members to enhance their skills and support their career growth.
• Gathering and analyzing relevant tax-related information from clients to prepare accurate tax returns.
• Evaluating tax situations from multiple perspectives to ensure clients receive maximum tax benefits.
• Networking, building relationships, and attracting new clients or business opportunities for the firm.
• Billing clients for services and guidance provided.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting.
• CPA license.
• Prior public accounting experience.
• Strong technical knowledge of tax regulations and compliance.
• Effective communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
