LEGAL ASSISTANT at Rue & Ziffra – Palm Coast, Florida

We are seeking a Legal Assistant for our growing Palm Coast office. Candidate will assist and provide a range of legal and administrative support to the attorney and case manager on a day-to-day basis . Must be very organized and enjoy a fast-paced environment. Job duties (including, but not limited to)

• Attend initial, in-person training in our Port Orange office as well as subsequent training and/or occasional meetings
• Scan in all incoming mail and documents
• Organize and analyze information
• Prepare correspondence via email and US mail
• Assist attorney and case manager in day-to-day tasks
• Contact with clients, adjusters, medical providers
• Set and monitor tasks
• Document all actions in case management software
• Answer all telephone calls in a polite manner and return all calls in a timely and polite manner

Qualifications

• Computer and Microsoft 365 literacy
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Excellent communication, administrative and organizational skills
• Ability to juggle multiple activities and work under pressure
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy

• Able to use personal cell phone for two-factor authentication as needed
