Position Overview: We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused individual to join our personal lines team. As a Personal Lines Customer Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for clients seeking assistance with their insurance policies. Your responsibilities will include addressing client inquiries, processing policy changes, providing quotes, and ensuring overall customer satisfaction.

Work Arrangement: This is a full-time position working in our office located in Pasco, WA.

Professional Responsibilities:

• Assist clients with questions or concerns regarding their personal lines insurance policies (auto, home, renters, etc.)
• Provide accurate insurance quotes, process applications, and policy changes or updates
• Resolve issues and provide guidance on policy coverage, billing, and claims processes
• Maintain and update client information in the system
• Ensure timely and efficient communication with clients, agents, and insurance carriers
• Assist in renewing policies and cross-selling additional coverage options
• Collaborate with other team members to ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Previous experience in insurance, customer service, or a related field preferred
• Strong knowledge of personal lines insurance products (auto, home, renters, etc.)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
• Bilingual English/Spanish Language
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Active P&C (Property & Casualty) license is a plus, but not required
• Authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship

Pay Range: $22 - $28 per hour depending on experience

A wide salary range is posted for this position and any job offer is based upon a salary analysis to comply with the required state pay transparency law. The salary analysis considers relevant experience, education, certifications, and seniority as compared to others doing substantially similar work. There is no guarantee an offer will be at the top of the posted range based on the salary analysis.
