Job SummaryStrong problem solving skills

• Leadership skills such as decision making, problem solving, motivation and goal-setting
• Work well with others in a fast paced environment
  
• Master every station in the store
• Perform any necessary task to make a productive and positive customer experience
• Basic maintenance
• Basic administrative duties, such as printing, emailing, making photo copies
• Work in unison with manager and upper management
• Assisting in organizing shift schedules for team members
• Monitoring attendance, tardiness, other infractions.
• Assigning duties to specific employees based on role and skillset
• Supervising employees and assisting with tasks as necessary
• Inventory
• stocking
• Conducting reviews and sharing feedback with management and upper management
• Managing employee’s requests, behaviors, conflicts, enforcing company policy
• Training new and current team members
• Handling customer issues and managing conflicts
• Adhering to company policies and health, safety and employment standards
• Balancing cash drawers and confirming front counters drops, preparing deposits
• This position may occasionally require you to work additional shifts, holidays and/or extended hours.
