We have multiple openings available in trimming/cutting, scanning, and quality control. Document Trimmer/Cutter OperatorSummary:Operate industrial document cutters/trimmers to perform bound book trimming services and prepare documents for scanning.Key Responsibilities:
- Receive and process pallets of boxes for trimming.
- Operate and maintain heavy-duty cutting equipment.
- Adjust settings as needed, ensuring accuracy and quality.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area.
- 1+ years operating heavy-duty production equipment.
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs. frequently.
- Read and follow work orders and project procedures.
- Operate scanners (Kodak, Fujitsu, Canon) and adjust settings as needed.
- Perform routine cleaning and basic equipment maintenance.
- Inspect output for image quality, accuracy, and completeness.
- 1+ years of production-level document scanning experience.
- Ability to lift and carry up to 35 lbs. regularly.
- Basic computer skills (Windows, Microsoft Excel).
- Ability to lift up to 35 lbs. when reviewing against physical records.
- Be punctual, dependable, and goal-oriented.
- Work collaboratively and maintain a positive, professional attitude.
- Follow company rules, security guidelines, and production schedules.
- Remain flexible to support other AIM Production tasks as needed.
- Ability to pass background check.
- Secure facility with no mobile phones during production hours.
- Moderate noise level.
- Frequent standing, walking, lifting, bending, and repetitive motions required.
