RN ST: RN Staff at Willis-Knighton Health System – Shreveport, Louisiana

***FLEXIBLE SCHEDULING OPPORTUNITY***2 West is a 30 bed Medical/Surgical/Orthopedic unit with telemetry capability. This unit is located on the 2nd floor of the Willis Knighton Bossier Health System. The patient population consists of adult medical/surgical patients with a large population of Orthopedic patients. With our unit offering remote cardiac monitoring capability the candidate with ACLS and PALS will be our first choice. The RN and LPN staff are responsible for providing the highest level of nursing and medical management using a collaborative multidisciplinary approach. The Nurse-Patient ratio is 1:4 or 1:5 with nursing assistants as support staff. This position offers self scheduling of12 hours shifts!!
