Our client, a respected civil litigation law firm with offices in San Francisco, West Los Angeles, Napa Valley, and Las Vegas, is seeking Civil Litigation Defense Attorneys/Associates to join their growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated California-barred attorney to gain hands-on litigation experience in a collaborative and supportive firm environment.

You will handle a wide range of litigation tasks, including court appearances, pleadings, motions, discovery, depositions, mediations, pre-trial preparation, and trial. In addition to litigation, you will play a key role in maintaining and growing strong client relationships.

This firm provides a clear partnership track, mentorship, and support for client development initiatives.

Qualifications:

• Must be licensed to practice law in California
• Minimum of 1 year of post-bar litigation experience

Salary & Benefits:

• Salary Range: $125,000 – $185,000, based on experience
• Bonus Program:
  • $120/hour bonus for billable hours over 1,860 annually
