Maintenance Specialist at The Beach Club Inc – Palm Beach, Florida

Overview
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Maintenance Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in facilities maintenance and be adept at maintaining and fabricating equipment to ensure optimal performance. Responsible for performing a variety of skilled maintenance and repair tasks on club facilities, including buildings, and equipment, ensuring the upkeep of the property to high standards while maintaining a pristine aesthetic for members.

Duties /Responsibilities

• Accelerated understanding of plumbing and electrical
• Experience with drywall and plaster repairs
• Experience with basic carpentry work
• Understanding of Air Conditioning systems.
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing facility-related concerns promptly and professionally.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations across the organization.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in facilities maintenance or a related field.
• Must have 7+ years as a Maintenance Technician, Service Technician and/or construction work.
• Strong knowledge of electrical, HVAC including the structural,
• Ability to read and interpret technical schematics.
• Great communication skills
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and logical thinking skills.
• Ability to work Outside
• Strong communication skills with a focus on customer service.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

Certifications:

• Certifications/license is a plus but not required
• Welding Experience is a plus but not required
• Mechanical and small equipment repair is a plus
