About This Position
About the Role:
Are you passionate about financial advisory services and building strong client relationships? As a Client Services Associate II, you'll play a crucial role in promoting our Advisory Services both internally and within the community. You'll work closely with investment advisors to grow revenue and assets under management, while actively supporting our customer service philosophy and culture.
This position is available at any location within the UCB footprint
What You’ll Do:
- Collaborate and Grow: Partner with investment advisors to increase sales, maintain client support, and resolve service issues.
- Client Engagement: Manage all aspects of client service, from communication to issue resolution and back-office processing.
- Meeting Preparation: Assist in preparing for client and prospect meetings.
- Compliance: Ensure the office meets all regulatory compliance requirements.
- Marketing Initiatives: Coordinate and implement seminars, sales campaigns, and branch trainings.
- Account Management: Establish brokerage accounts and resolve account problems.
- Additional Duties: Take on other responsibilities as assigned.
What We’re Looking For:
Experience:
- Educational Background: College degree preferred or equivalent work experience.
- Licensing: The CSA must hold the SIE, Series 7 and 66 or obtain the SIE Series 7 and Series 66 within 6 months of hire. United Community will sponsor the study course and exam.
- Detail-Oriented: Ability to manage multiple priorities with precision.
- Self-Motivated: Work independently and proactively.
- Problem-Solving: Analyze and resolve issues independently.
- Industry Knowledge: Desire to stay informed of industry changes.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication.
- Customer Service: Strong customer service skills and experience.

Summary:
This is a full-time position that requires flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed.
