The Engineering and Architecture Lead is responsible for designing, developing, and delivering high-quality web applications and internal tools. This role requires collaboration with cross-functional teams to architect, build, and continuously improve robust, scalable, and secure systems. The ideal candidate demonstrates expertise in modern development frameworks and tools, and brings a proactive approach to enhancing system performance, availability, and scalability. Your work will directly improve the efficiency and security of data access workflows within Redhorse, impacting multiple clients and projects.
