Key responsibilities include managing online transactions, coordinating digital marketing efforts, supervising sales representatives, and ensuring adherence to company policies and customer service standards. A strong understanding of e-commerce platforms, digital marketing, and customer relationship management is essential.
Key Responsibilities
Lead Generation and Management:

Generate leads through online channels and manage incoming customer inquiries via email, phone, and chat.
Sales Strategy and Execution:

Develop and implement strategies to maximize online sales, often coordinating with marketing and finance departments.
Team Leadership:

Supervise and train Business Development Representatives (BDRs) and Internet Sales Consultants to achieve sales goals and provide excellent customer service.
Customer Engagement:

Respond to customer inquiries, provide information about products or services, and set appointments for in-person or virtual interactions.
Data Analysis:

Analyze website traffic, sales data, and market trends to inform strategic decisions and improve online sales performance.
