Internet Sales Manager's job is to oversee and drive online sales, by managing online leads, training sales staff, utilizing CRM systems, and analyzing sales data to develop strategies for increased revenue and customer engagement. Key responsibilities include managing online transactions, coordinating digital marketing efforts, supervising sales representatives, and ensuring adherence to company policies and customer service standards. A strong understanding of e-commerce platforms, digital marketing, and customer relationship management is essential.

Key Responsibilities

Lead Generation and Management:

Generate leads through online channels and manage incoming customer inquiries via email, phone, and chat.

Sales Strategy and Execution:

Develop and implement strategies to maximize online sales, often coordinating with marketing and finance departments.

Team Leadership:

Supervise and train Business Development Representatives (BDRs) and Internet Sales Consultants to achieve sales goals and provide excellent customer service.
