Remote Lead UX Designer

In this role, you will play a crucial part in shaping user experiences across various products. Accountabilities- Lead end-to-end UX strategy across multiple products from discovery through delivery and continuous optimization.
- Uncover explicit and latent user needs through research and stakeholder engagement.
- Translate insights into scalable user experience strategies aligned with business goals.
- Design cohesive workflows and interaction patterns that balance consistency with innovation.
- Rapidly prototype and iterate solutions based on qualitative and quantitative evidence.
- Define success metrics with Product and Research, ensuring UX ties to measurable outcomes.
- Influence roadmap and prioritization decisions with strong design rationale.
- Mentor senior designers and drive high-quality user experiences across teams.
- Minimum 10+ years of professional UX experience with successful product launches.
- Undergraduate degree or equivalent combination of education and experience in a related field.
- Portfolio demonstrating expert design aptitude is required.
- Strong customer orientation and problem-solving skills.
- Deep understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies.
- Experience leveraging AI in the UX process and designing AI-powered product experiences.
- Mastery-level skills with design tools such as Figma.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders.
- Experience working in an Agile development environment.
- Strong analytical skills to inform design decisions based on data.
- Salary range in the US: $177,000.00 - $284,000.00
- Discretionary bonus typically paid annually.
- Restricted Stock Units granted at the time of hire.
