Accountabilities- Help define and drive the strategic innovation agenda aligned with overall business objectives
- Research and synthesize insights on market dynamics and technology developments
- Lead cross-functional teams to assess market opportunities
- Identify areas of clinical and technical innovation related to unmet needs
- Collaborate on biomarker scouting and technology assessments
- Develop business and portfolio analytics, including monitoring key performance indicators
- Prepare and present strategic insights to senior executives
- Bachelors degree required; Masters degree preferred
- 10+ years of experience in the healthcare industry
- 5+ years in strategic planning or business development
- Strong understanding of healthcare and diagnostics ecosystem
- Proven success in executing strategic initiatives that drive growth
