The Production Manager will oversee day-to-day operations of our exterior construction projects, ensuring jobs are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. This role is critical in coordinating crews, managing schedules, maintaining safety compliance, and delivering an exceptional customer experience from project start to finish.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction production management, the ability to lead teams effectively under tight deadlines, and a commitment to delivering high-quality workmanship while providing an outstanding customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee all production operations, including roofing, siding, windows, and exterior projects
• Schedule and coordinate crews, subcontractors, and materials
• Conduct job site inspections to ensure quality, safety, and compliance
• Communicate with customers throughout the project lifecycle
• Collaborate with sales and office teams to ensure smooth project handoffs
• Monitor budgets, job costs, and timelines to ensure profitability
• Resolve job site challenges efficiently and professionally
• Ensure adherence to OSHA and company safety standards

Salary Range: $65,000 – $85,000 annually (based on experience)

• 3+ years of experience in construction or exterior production management
• Strong knowledge of roofing, siding, and exterior systems preferred
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency with project management software and basic computer skills
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
