About The Role
We are looking for a part-time HR Student Assistant to help keep our people operations running smoothly. You will support core HR processes such as recruitment coordination, onboarding, employee feedback, and day-to-day HR administration.
Working closely with the HR team and hiring managers, you will be a trusted support partner and gain hands-on experience across the full employee lifecycle in a fast-growing, international environment.What you will do:

We are looking for a part-time HR Student Assistant to help keep our people operations running smoothly. You will support core HR processes such as recruitment coordination, onboarding, employee feedback, and day-to-day HR administration.
Working closely with the HR team and hiring managers, you will be a trusted support partner and gain hands-on experience across the full employee lifecycle in a fast-growing, international environment.What you will do:
- Recruiting ops: Screen applications, schedule interviews across time zones, coordinate case tasks, handle candidate communication, collect references, and ensure a great candidate experience.
- Onboarding: Prepare contracts and new-hire paperwork, set up HRIS profiles, coordinate IT/desk access, and run day-one checklists.
- Company events: Plan and execute team events; handle vendor coordination, budgets, logistics, agendas, and post-event follow-ups.
- Employee feedback & improvements: Help run pulse surveys and eNPS, coordinate focus groups/interviews, summarise insights, track actions with owners and deadlines, and report progress to HR & leadership.
- People support: Be a helpful first point of contact for HR questions and direct employees to the right resources.
- Culture & employer branding: Post jobs, update the careers page/LinkedIn, assist with student fairs/university outreach, and help with small internal events.
- Continuous improvement: Spot bottlenecks, propose fixes, and document smarter ways of working.
- You are currently enrolled in a Masters degree (preferably within HR, Business, Psychology, or a related field)
- You are organized, proactive, and detail-oriented
- You are a people-centric communicator with a friendly and professional tone in English
- You are comfortable handling confidential information and working in line with GDPR
- You are tech-savvy and familiar with Google Workspace and/or Microsoft 365; experience with HRIS or ATS systems is a plus
- Meaningful responsibility and hands-on HR experience
