Automotive Title Clerk – Full-Time at Steve Rayman Chevrolet – Smyrna, Georgia

We are seeking an experienced Automotive Title Clerk to join our dealership team.
The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable working in a fast-paced retail automotive environment. Prior dealership experience is strongly preferred.

Key Responsibilities

• Process all new and used vehicle titles, registrations, and tag work
• Verify accuracy of all DLR dmv / DLR 50 /CDK paperwork before submission
• Maintain strict compliance with state and local motor vehicle regulations
• Resolve title issues with DMVs, lenders, and customers
• Reconcile schedules related to titles, tag fees, and MSOs
• Prepare title packets for wholesale and retail transactions
• Maintain organized filing systems for title records
• Support the accounting office with additional administrative tasks as needed

Qualifications

• Minimum 1–2 years of automotive dealership title experience a must.
• Strong understanding of state title and registration requirements
• High attention to detail and accuracy
• Proficient with dealership management systems (CDK / DLR dmv / DLR 50 / RouteOne)
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Strong organizational skills
