Your impact will directly contribute to the operational readiness and efficiency of critical facilities, enhancing the overall performance of our partner's infrastructure.Accountabilities
- Own end-to-end site deployment execution for assigned campuses/expansions, coordinating cross-functional stakeholders to achieve Operational Readiness.
- Plan and run readiness cadences, drive issue resolution, and escalate blockers as needed.
- Partner with Talent Acquisition to forecast staffing needs and support onboarding processes.
- Compile and ensure compliance documentation is complete prior to turnover.
- Drive deployment and verification of critical management systems.
- Verify security systems and safety protocols meet corporate standards.
- Mobilize site resources and ensure readiness prior to turnover.
- Collaborate with commissioning teams to confirm operability thresholds.
- Mentor junior personnel and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
- Capture lessons learned post turnover to enhance future deployments.
- 68 years of experience in critical facilities operations, industrial construction, or project management in mission-critical environments.
- At least 2 years in a supervisory or team-lead capacity.
- Strong coordination skills for managing cross-functional projects.
- Working knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and control systems in critical infrastructure.
- Proficiency with CMMS/Asset Management workflows.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Willingness to travel up to 40% as projects demand.
