In this role, you will lead the execution of site deployments for data centers, ensuring a smooth transition from construction to operations. You will coordinate with various teams, maintain operational standards, and manage a small group of professionals. Your impact will directly contribute to the operational readiness and efficiency of critical facilities, enhancing the overall performance of our partner's infrastructure.Accountabilities

• Own end-to-end site deployment execution for assigned campuses/expansions, coordinating cross-functional stakeholders to achieve Operational Readiness.
• Plan and run readiness cadences, drive issue resolution, and escalate blockers as needed.
• Partner with Talent Acquisition to forecast staffing needs and support onboarding processes.
• Compile and ensure compliance documentation is complete prior to turnover.
• Drive deployment and verification of critical management systems.
• Verify security systems and safety protocols meet corporate standards.
• Mobilize site resources and ensure readiness prior to turnover.
• Collaborate with commissioning teams to confirm operability thresholds.
• Mentor junior personnel and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
• Capture lessons learned post turnover to enhance future deployments.

Requirements

• 68 years of experience in critical facilities operations, industrial construction, or project management in mission-critical environments.
• At least 2 years in a supervisory or team-lead capacity.
• Strong coordination skills for managing cross-functional projects.
• Working knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and control systems in critical infrastructure.
• Proficiency with CMMS/Asset Management workflows.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Willingness to travel up to 40% as projects demand.
