- Develop and execute sourcing strategies for assigned commodities.
- Establish performance objectives and metrics for the Commodities Group.
- Support regional sites during critical component escalations.
- Provide guidance on commodity strategies across the organization.
- Maintain strategic supplier relationships within assigned commodities.
- Minimum of 8 years of related experience with a Bachelor's degree, or 6 years with a Master's degree, or equivalent.
- Strong expertise in procurement, supply chain, distribution, and logistics.
- Proven experience driving key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Demonstrated commodity management competencies.
- Excellent communication skills at all organizational levels.
- Strong data analysis and decision-making skills.
- Project management experience.
