We are seeking a detail-oriented, organized, and proactive Planner / Scheduler to support our shop operations, improve workflow efficiency, and help ensure projects are completed safely, on time, and to customer expectations.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, maintain, and communicate the shop production schedule for repair, rewind, and field service work
- Plan labor and job routing based on capacity, priorities, and due dates
- Coordinate with shop supervisors, technicians, sales, purchasing, and customer service
- Review work orders, scope, labor estimates, and materials availability
- Monitor job progress and update schedules to address changes or constraints
- Track backlog, turnaround times, and on-time delivery performance
- Ensure accurate job documentation and service repair reports
- Support quoting and lead-time commitments with accurate scheduling input
- Assist with continuous improvement of workflow, job coordination, and scheduling processes
- Ensure scheduling practices align with EASA standards, safety requirements, and quality expectations
- Maintain accurate inventory levels and locations
- Ensure warehouse organization, safety, and efficiency

Qualifications
- Experience in industrial repair, manufacturing, warehouse, or service scheduling preferred
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Ability to multitask and adjust priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Effective communicator and team collaborator
- Comfort with Microsoft Excel
Preferred· Electric motor repair, industrial service, or EASA shop experience· MotorBase Software, ERP or other scheduling system experience· APICS / ASCM background or supply chain experience

Pay: $52,00 - $72,800 annually
