- Translate the CPOs AI vision into clear product requirements and milestones.
- Collaborate closely with AI Engineering, Data Science, and Design teams.
- Define quality standards for AI features and establish evaluation strategies.
- Lead the design of trustworthy AI experiences aligned with accurate data.
- Ensure AI products are scalable and cost-aware, considering key performance metrics.
- Act as a central AI resource, promoting responsible design and regulatory compliance.
- 510+ years of Product Management experience, with focus on AI/ML features.
- Strong understanding of ML and LLM concepts in practical applications.
- Ability to communicate and collaborate effectively with technical teams.
- Experience making product tradeoffs in quality, reliability, and user experience.
- Clear communicator with ability to translate technical behaviors into user-centric products.
- Comfortable operating in ambiguous environments and translating strategic direction.
