- Serve as a subject matter expert on the Sage platform, including its features and best practices.
- Develop and maintain documentation of existing system architecture and data flows.
- Troubleshoot and resolve user issues, providing timely solutions.
- Collaborate with technical teams to address complex challenges.
- Deliver training sessions and resources to educate users.
- Act as the primary point of contact for user feedback and improvement areas.
- Monitor platform usage trends and generate analytical reports.
- Stay updated on platform changes and communicate them to users.
- Bachelors degree in information systems or related field.
- Minimum 5 years experience, preferably with healthcare software applications.
- Experience working in an Agile environment.
- Proficient in JIRA, Confluence, and MS Office tools including Visio.
- Strong analytical mindset and understanding of agile methodologies.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Background in healthcare or pharmaceuticals is a plus.
