• Conduct user research, interviews, and surveys to understand the needs, pain points, and goals of business users
• Develop personas, journey maps, and service blueprints to visualize end-to-end user interactions
• Define information architecture and user flows for complex multi-role systems
• Create low- and high-fidelity wireframes, prototypes, and interaction models
• Facilitate usability testing and feedback sessions, analyzing results and iterating designs
• Collaborate with Product Owners and UI Designers on aligning UX strategy with product goals
• Partner with engineering teams to ensure design intent aligns with usability standards
• Contribute to the development of a consistent design system across all platforms

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a UX Designer in SaaS or complex enterprise systems
• Proven experience in end-to-end UX design from research to usability validation
• Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and accessibility
• Proficiency with design and prototyping tools (Figma or Adobe XD)
• Experience in creating wireframes, prototypes, and user flows for large-scale applications
• Ability to communicate design decisions effectively in English
• Familiarity with Agile product development and collaboration with Product Owners
