In this role, you will play a crucial part in maintaining the financial integrity of the organization by executing accounting policies and procedures. Your expertise will contribute to comprehensive analysis and reporting, facilitating informed decision-making. The position requires effective communication with global stakeholders and upholding compliance with financial controls. You will be pivotal in ensuring accurate documentation and successful audit support, while also providing critical administrative assistance to business operations.Accountabilities

• Perform accounting functions including billing, revenue recognition, and project financial reporting.
• Communicate and coordinate with managers and stakeholders globally.
• Maintain accurate files and documentation according to policy and practices.
• Adhere to controls and compliance including SoX and business controls.
• Support general operations by providing administrative tasks like data entry and reporting.
• Take on additional tasks as assigned by the supervisor.

Requirements

• Professional qualification (CA/CWA/ACCA or CIMA) with 2+ years of relevant work experience.
• Strong accounting knowledge including full accounts handling and management financial reporting.
• Experience in project accounting for MNC engineering and construction companies preferred.
• Familiarity with SAP, Costpoint, HFM, Cadency/AssureNet, MS Office is advantageous.
• Flexible and willing to learn multiple accounting roles as per business needs.
• Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent English written and verbal communication skills.
• Team player with the ability to build relationships with global stakeholders.
• Continuous improvement mindset.
