In this role, you will be responsible for shaping the channel marketing strategy in LATAM, establishing partnerships with key distributors and resellers. You will work in a dynamic environment that offers both challenges and opportunities as processes continue to evolve, driving growth together with a collaborative team.Accountabilities
- Lead the end-to-end partner marketing strategy in LATAM, developing Go-To-Market and joint marketing plans with distributors, resellers, and channel partners.
- Develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns in collaboration with marketing, product marketing, and channel teams.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to sell strategic plans, negotiate space, secure partner buy-in, and support strategic initiatives.
- Manage MDF budgets and reporting, tying spend to metrics and collecting campaign data to assess performance.
- Support partner enablement by developing joint messaging, content, and ensuring partner training.
- Plan and execute events including partner-facing and customer-facing activities such as trade-shows and field events.
- Hold a BA/BS degree in Marketing or related field, or equivalent practical experience; 5+ years in channel marketing at high-tech or SaaS companies.
- Have a deep understanding of the LATAM channel partner ecosystem, including leading resellers and distributors.
- Possess excellent written and verbal communication skills in Brazilian Portuguese, Spanish, and English.
- Demonstrate proven success in building and fostering relationships and be a team player in high-achievement environments.
- Exhibit extensive problem-solving skills, be proactive, and skilled at multitasking and prioritization.
